A bunch of stuff...

This weather is awesome! We have been having fun outside with the neighbor kids again, going to the park, going on walks, and even eating popsicles. I know it will probably get cold again soon but we really can't complain about our winter this year!
Mikayla had her first little gymnastics class this morning. It is once a week and goes until June. She loved it! I will have to get some pictures of her in action.
Some funny/cute things she says:
When we pull into a parking lot, she always tells me to "find a nice spot Mommy" then when I park she says "this is a nice spot!" cracks me up every time!
The other day we were playing in her room and she brought me her little pink sunglasses and said "put on the sunglasses so your eyes will be nice and warm" Haha....what?!

I bought these little tabs that you put in the tub to change the color of the water. At night she says she wants a "favorite color bath" She is always talking about her favorite colors. :)

We made playdoh last week, that was a big hit of course!

We are excited to go to MN for Jonna's bday party on Sunday. Kyle is on call so he will have to stay home. Monday we are meeting him at The Kalahari. Should be a fun couple of days coming up...stay tuned for pictures! :)

Playing in the snow

It feels a little strange to be posting pictures of snow when yesterday and today we've had 60 degree weather! These are from Sunday night, we had fun playing in the snow....even poor Mikayla, whose boot kept coming off. She loved her little sled too!

Big News!

Well maybe not to you....but to us this is definately blog-worthy! :)
We are on day 3 of being a pacifier free house!!! Yay!!!
Saturday morning I asked Mikayla if she wanted to throw all of them away. She said "yeah!" So that's what we did. She has asked for it a couple of times, when she is tired etc. but we remind her she threw them in the garbage and then she doesn't talk about it again for awhile.
This has gone so much better than I thought!

Arizona 2012-Part 1

Mikayla & I had a great 2 weeks in Arizona. As usual, we were sooo spoiled by Grandma and Grandpa. Thank you!!

At the airport...she did great on the flights. She was very excited about going to the "hairport" and going on a "hairpane" :)
